How to create a MessageWhiz provider for CleverTap


For the Clevertap ↔ MW integration, need to do the steps below:

  1. Add SMS provider. To do this, need to go to Settings (1) → Channels (2) → SMS (3) → Click the button “+Add provider“ (4) (please find details on the screenshot below

2. Enter or select the parameters below:
– Select Provider type Other(Generic)
– Enter nickname
– Enter callback URL
– Select Request type POST
– Enter HTTP Endpoint

Authentication tab:

– Select the radio button option “No Authentification“

Headers tab:

– Remains without changes


– Select the radio button option “JSON”
– Enter the following JSON and make changes

– Change value with your MessageWhiz API key
